![]() I've used it with a couple people but I don't want to just test it with a bunch of people until I can be pretty confident it'll work. My question is, would OneNote handle this okay? Or is it just as limited in terms of user numbers at one time. They'd each have their own page to work on, just in the one file so I can track how they're going and add more in at the bottom when they're almost done. I had considered the collaborative features of OneNote as an alternative when I need 10-20 people working on the same list of work. Except once you start getting more than 10 people in a single sheet. The shared Excel document generally works. My work is a small part of the business, and the cost of implementing a better system outweighs my needs. I use shared Excel spreadsheets so they can all work on it at the same time. I work for a company where I create spreadsheets for my staff to complete their work on.
